Technical Features
The entire system complies with CE safety standards.
Coarse crushing is performed using a four‑shaft shredder, featuring a unique four‑knife‑shaft design and specially shaped cutting teeth. The two upper sets of knife rollers assist with crushing and material gripping, minimizing ineffective grabbing and boosting overall efficiency.
Following the coarse crushing stage, a specialized disc separator is employed, delivering exceptional sorting efficiency and enabling precise control over particle size to ensure uniformity in the final product, thereby laying a high‑quality foundation for subsequent processing steps.
Innovatively integrating crushing and separation into a two-step tooth‑type cutting and splitting system, this solution seamlessly combines the intermediate crushing stage with the steel‑wire separation process, enabling precise disassembly of rubber from steel wire. It delivers exceptional separation efficiency while significantly enhancing the purity of recovered materials, thereby improving both the quality and productivity of downstream processing.
The dual-magnetic‑separation steel‑wire separation system employs a doubly reinforced magnetic‑separation design, substantially reducing the residual adhesive content in the steel wire and markedly enhancing the purity and quality of the recovered wire, thereby providing high‑quality feedstock for the resource‑based recycling of steel wire.
A rubber‑specific fine‑crushing system, custom‑designed for processing rubber materials! The machine body and bearings employ water‑circulation cooling, enabling 24‑hour continuous, stable operation to meet even the most demanding production requirements. Featuring an innovative dual‑layer, four‑row fixed‑blade configuration—front, rear, top, and bottom—paired with high‑quality alloy‑steel cutting tools, this system dramatically boosts shear‑and‑crushing efficiency while significantly reducing maintenance frequency, helping to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Innovatively employing a multi-point dust‑removal design, the system separates fibers from dust layer by layer across its core modules, achieving precise pre‑purification. Paired with a centralized pulse‑jet dust‑collection system, it efficiently captures dust generated throughout the entire production process, ensuring a clean workshop environment while meeting stringent environmental‑friendly production standards.
The system is equipped with a sprinkler-based fire protection system, establishing a comprehensive safety barrier to ensure secure operations throughout the entire process.
The entire production line is fully automated, with each module seamlessly coordinated and efficiently integrated. While maximizing production capacity, it also features advanced anomaly detection and early warning capabilities, ensuring the system’s stable operation and fortifying the safety‑production safeguard.
