This technology is based on the principle of gravity separation: waste copper-clad laminates are first subjected to multi‑stage crushing to achieve a specified particle size, after which air is used as the separating medium. A vibrating air‑classification process then enables the efficient separation of copper from glass fibers and other reinforcing materials. The key advantage of this vibrating air‑classification method is its ability to promote the loosening, stratification, and banding of material particles on the bed surface, ultimately achieving precise sorting based on differences in density and weight.
