Equipment Overview

Body: The body is constructed from thick, all‑steel welded panels, offering exceptional strength and resistance to heavy impacts. Unlike cast‑iron bodies, it comes with a ten‑year warranty.

Cooling System: Equipped with a dual-loop water-cooling system, the bearings and housing feature water‑channel designs to maintain low temperatures of the blades and machine housing during operation, thereby preventing material from melting and sticking due to excessive heat.

Innovative Design: A double-layer, four-row fixed-blade configuration—front, rear, top, and bottom—paired with high‑quality alloy‑steel blades, dramatically boosts shearing and crushing efficiency while significantly reducing equipment maintenance frequency, thereby helping to improve production quality and productivity.
