    Equipment Overview

     

    The plastic crusher is driven by an electric motor that spins the rotor at high speed. The rotating blades and stationary knives generate a relative shearing action, leveraging the gap between the blade edges to forcefully shear and shred the plastic, reducing large chunks into small particles. The crushed material is discharged after passing through a screen, yielding uniformly sized particles with a selectable particle size of 5–20 mm. Equipped with wear‑resistant alloy blades, the machine delivers high crushing efficiency and easy blade replacement. Motor power ranges from 5.5 to 110 kW, with multiple models available, offering capacities from 100 to 5,000 kg/h. The unit is highly efficient, energy‑saving, and operates safely and reliably, and is available for immediate delivery.
