Scope of Application

This equipment is designed to efficiently shred various types of sprue material, flash, and defective molded parts generated during injection molding. Equipment Overview

Optimized cutter shaft speed and blade clearance; sprue material yields uniformly sized particles after crushing (adjustable from 5 to 20 mm).

Motor power ranges from 5.5 to 110 kW, with a production capacity of 100 to 5,000 kg/h. Equipped with wear-resistant alloy blades, it delivers high crushing efficiency and is easy to replace.
