Scope of Application
This equipment is specifically designed to efficiently crush various types of sprue material, flash, and defective molded parts generated during injection molding. It can rapidly reduce nonconforming parts and gate waste into uniform pellets with high cleanliness and consistent particle size, enabling direct recycling for subsequent injection molding. This effectively increases raw material utilization, lowers production costs, and minimizes material waste, making it particularly well suited for injection molding plants, plastic product manufacturing facilities, and similar applications.

Equipment Overview
Optimized cutter shaft speed and blade clearance; sprue material yields uniformly sized particles after crushing (adjustable from 5 to 20 mm).
Motor power ranges from 5.5 to 110 kW, with a production capacity of 100 to 5,000 kg/h. Equipped with wear-resistant alloy blades, it delivers high crushing efficiency and is easy to replace.
